Welcome to The Nest. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services,

memberships, childcare, events, and website. By engaging with The Nest, you agree to these

Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Memberships & Payments

  • Memberships are available on a monthly basis and automatically renew unless canceled with at least 14 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

  • Memberships are non-transferable.

  • Payments are processed securely through our booking platform or at The Nest front desk.

  • Refunds are not provided for partially used membership periods, childcare, or services, unless required by law.

2. Childcare Policies

  • Childcare is available for children ages 6 months to 10 years with a 3-hour maximum limit per child per day.

  • Drop-off and pick-up require valid photo ID and must match the authorized contacts provided.

  • Parents/guardians must provide necessary supplies (diapers, bottles, snacks, change of clothes, etc.).

  • Sick Policy: Children who are ill or show symptoms of contagious conditions may not attend.

  • Late pick-up fees apply at $1 per minute per child after the scheduled pick-up time.

  • The Nest reserves the right to refuse childcare services if safety or wellness policies are not followed.

3. Salon, Spa & Wellness Services

  • Many of our providers are independent contractors. While The Nest curates and hosts these services, liability for individual services rests with the contractor providing them.

  • Clients must disclose relevant health conditions before treatments.

  • Results may vary, and The Nest does not guarantee specific outcomes.

4. Café & Retail Purchases

  • All sales are final, unless items are defective.

  • Food and beverages are prepared with care, but The Nest is not responsible for allergic reactions unless negligence is proven. Please inform staff of any allergies.

5. Community & Event Space

  • Events hosted at The Nest must align with our mission of inclusivity and community empowerment.

  • Outside rentals require approval and may be subject to additional agreements.

  • The Nest is a zero-tolerance environment for harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.

6. Liability & Waivers

  • By using our services, you agree to release The Nest, its staff, and contractors from liability for injuries, accidents, or damages, except in cases of gross negligence.

  • Participation in childcare, salon/spa services, or events is voluntary and at your own risk.

  • Parents/guardians remain legally responsible for their children at all times.

7. Cancellations & Scheduling

  • Childcare, salon/spa, and event bookings require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation to avoid fees.

  • Missed appointments without notice may result in charges at the full service rate.

8. Website Use

  • Users must not misuse The Nest website, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt operations.

  • Content on the website (including branding, policies, and proprietary programs) is protected and may not be copied without permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as needed. Updates will be posted on our website, with the

“Effective Date” reflecting the most recent revision.
